An epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

Gareth Edwards directs "Godzilla," which stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson ("Kick-Ass"), Oscar® nominee Ken Watanabe ("The Last Samurai," "Inception"), Elizabeth Olsen ("Martha Marcy May Marlene"), Oscar® winner Juliette Binoche ("The English Patient," "Cosmopolis"), and Sally Hawkins ("Blue Jasmine"), with Oscar® nominee David Strathairn ("Good Night, and Good Luck.," "The Bourne Legacy") and Bryan Cranston ("Argo," TV's "Breaking Bad").

  1. This is the film I'm most stoked for this year! Grew up with Godzilla, especially living in Japan, and can't wait to see a Godzilla that rocks. And Gareth is an awesome director.

The acting alone should help carry it way farther than the last American fiasco.

  9. It takes me to my childhood of watching a guy in a rubber suit, fight another guy in a rubber suit. It was magic.

  10. I'm really hoping that they don't mess this up. I so want to see a good Godzilla movie. The 1999 film was a disaster.

  11. So far it looks as if they are being true to the original.
We don't talk about the 1999 movie, it was a Jurassic Park rip-off.
