IWSG OR International Wool Study Group...?

For those of you doing the A-Z more power to you! As I was preparing for this post I came across IWSG or International Wool Study Group. I found it quite amusing that it was a real thing.

Here is the link I found detailing the ins and outs of this organization. It is a great read if you need to get some sleep....

*IWSG*

This got me to thinking. If there was a group that studied how to dispose of wool after WWII, why not study writing now? I don't consider myself a proficient writer. Heck, I barely have time to post my blog and visit all my blogging friends, but if we take the time to learn from each other it would be Awesome!

If you can listen this for 10 hours then go for it! You might have an Awesome day!

  1. Wool studies. I wonder how much those cost the government?
And there are so many awesome writers willing to share what they know. We should benefit from them. And that's part of what today is all about.

  4. I cannot tell you how hard I'm laughing right now. That awesome song is just rolling and rolling and rolling. Ten hours? Seriously? Too much. Whew. Funny.

Okay, so, I thought maybe you were joking about the IWSG, but no, there it was. I got about three sentences in before I quit reading. They are going to wonder why their hits went up today! haha

  5. You're fool of wool, Mr. Walston. This thing's really about the Intergalactic Whirligig Stress Gage, which naturally studies the effects of time dilation in the event of watching paint dry.

  6. That's hilarious that you found another group with the same initials. I didn't post for the IWSG today because I thought my post was too long already...You're so right about the team thing...that's why I enjoy being a co-host so much!

    Greetings human, DAVID,

I knew it was true. And they are real baaaad...Of course, my deluded human thinks that "IWSG" means "I Was Seeking Gary." Off to LegoLand in Windsor, England.
