What did you think of the infographic? Are you excited that more Classic Who is in your grasp?
Bruce Campbell found one? Now that is just too awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'd be more excited if I'd ever seen any episodes.
ReplyDeleteThis is the most exciting thing to happen to Who fans in years.
ReplyDeleteWHO Want's SUM!!!
ReplyDeleteI will come to your house, and put toothpicks in your eye lids, and force you to watch all 50 years of Doctor Who:Clockwork Orange style!
ReplyDeleteThen we can talk about how the Tigers did this year. :)
I want a complete Dalek boxset with every Dalek episode from The Daleks to Day Of The Doctor!
ReplyDeleteSo glad Star Trek didn't have to worry about this.
ReplyDeleteThe BBC just didn't have the wherewithal to keep all of them.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to grow up in the states and most things are still readily available.,
Hi David,
ReplyDeleteAnd those Dr. Who episodes found in Nigeria, have been a major news story on BBC radio 5 Live, all of yesterday.
Gary aka klahanie....
It will be nice to see The Web of Fear!
ReplyDeleteI have not seen much of Patrick Troughton's second Doctor.
I'm super excited that more episodes have been found. Crazy some of the places they went to. (And loved the infographic!)
ReplyDeleteHow cool! They sound excellent. My dad used to watch Who way back in the 80s when I was a kid, but I didn't really start following it til this millennium. STill, I'd love to go back and watch those old ones now!
ReplyDeleteI watched it in the 80's as a kid, so I guess that is why I am a fanatic!
ReplyDeleteThis is pretty amazing! I love all the stories--definitely worthy of a episode themselves :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing them!
ReplyDeleteFrom what I can tell The Enemy of The World is a James Bond type episode.
I'm a Dr. Who superfan and this is fantastic news! Love the adventures of each episode...some great journeys.

I keep waiting to hear the sound of the TARDIS, and to run toward it...
ReplyDeletethen I wake up...
I'm so far behind on TV watching most of the episodes are new to me. Still it's good to know there are more waiting when the kids grow up a little and we can watch more than cartoons.
ReplyDelete50 years is a long time!
ReplyDeleteI have a collection (mainly VHS) that span just a fragment of the WHO spectrum!
It is a shame that so much BBC entertainment is lost or was recorded over because of budget concerns.
ReplyDeleteI just wish it was available on more than i-Tunes.
ReplyDeleteI will have to wait till it is on DVD, I don't support Apple, unless it is in a nice scrumptious pie!
I know all Dr. Who fans are delighted. If the hinted-at "last" Travis McGee novel were discovered, I know it would be the same kind of joy for John D. MacDonald fans.
ReplyDeleteIt is kinda sad to think of all the different manuscripts lost to time.
ReplyDeleteCool. I'm glad they're surfacing.
